Erica Cheyenne - Lead Vocalist
Erica Cheyenne was born in Tennessee and Utah raised. She loved to sing since she was a little girl, and started dabbling with the guitar at age 14. She writes and leans into the kind of songs that tell the truth. Her Inspirations: Jennifer Nettles, Miranda Lambert, Kacey Musgraves, Adele, Colbie Caillat, and Breaking Benjamin, help bring together storytelling and emotion through her own writing and voice.
She started taking music seriously in 2023 when she was inspired by the local band “Off Center”. She did her first solo gig that year. She started writing her own songs and cowriting with Jay Davis. Eventually, she wrote her first debut single, “Travelin’ Hippie Bliss”, in 2024. After that song, she got her amazing band fam, and they recorded and released the song in 2025.
She is incredibly thankful for her band family and the joy they have brought to her through music. She is also deeply grateful for her friends and family whose support, belief, and encouragement have meant everything throughout her journey so far!
Jaxon Davis - Lead Guitarist
Jaxon Davis is from Smithfield, UT and has lived there most of his life. He was led to music by his dad, Jay, from a very young age, however he didn’t begin to play guitar until he was 14. He’s been playing guitar for the past seven years.
He got married in May 2025 and is currently attending USU, studying Criminal Justice. Jaxon loves to be outside. He loves to fish. When it’s too cold or dark to fish, you can bet he’s playing his guitar.

Jay Davis- Rhythm Guitarist
Starting at an early age Jay found his love for music. He made a deal with his mom that he’d practice daily if she’d buy him that 68 Gibson SG and amp for his 12th birthday.
The rest is history… countless hours of playing and singing led to gigs and fronting bands over his life’s journey.
He would tell you it’s like getting paid to fish…
Later he found his love for creating and writing hundreds of songs and his creations continue to grow weekly with Erica Cheyenne and the Traveling Hippies band.
“The life I love is makin music with my friends”….. the rest is history lets play and let the song tell the rest of the story.
